Family Medicine Physician

Dr. Daniel A. Nwachokor is proud to be practicing family medicine in the community he grew up in. He is a product of the Hightower High School Medical Science Academy in Fort Bend ISD. He treats patients at all stages of life – from newborns to the elderly. He has a passion for community service and training future health professionals. He is active in numerous local, state, and national professional and philanthropic organizations. Family time is important to Dr. Nwachokor – he also enjoys swimming, golf, and traveling.

Family Nurse Practitioner

Carmen is a family nurse practitioner. Her training has prepared her to care for individuals and families with a focus on primary care. She empowers her patients to achieve their overall health goals. She also takes the opportunity to learn about her patients and be involved in the community. She is a clinical preceptor for multiple programs in the area. Carmen enjoys walking in the park, visiting museums/festivals, and spending time with family.

Alisa is a registered and licensed dietitian with clinical and hospital experience. She consults with your physician to ensure your nutrition plan meets your specific health needs. She is especially interested in promoting healthy lifestyles through weight management, nutrition, and fitness. A Missouri City resident, Alisa is married and has four adult children. She is active in the community and holds several leadership positions with volunteer organizations. Alisa enjoys playing board games, cooking, reading, and traveling.
